Is it a crime to be black in America and be vocal about the inequalities of the society.?

It is a really shame that until White America is affected by tragedy (9/11) that the bigots seem to be excercised by ineptitude and corruption. Katrina was a crime against a significant minority in America. Poor and Black is virtually a crime.
