I am a Hebrew Catholic - am I still Jewish?

You are a Jewish apostate. You are Jewish only by the merest sliver of a definition. You cannot be called to bless the Torah, you can't be counted in a minyan (the number of Jewish adults needed for certain prayers) and you can't be buried in a traditional Jewish cemetery.
