I can't remeber the name of this anime and its driving me crazy!?

the anime ummm its really cute its like a love story thing. and this one really un smart person likes this guy wich every girl likes and he's really smart and she ends up moving in with him because the house her dad made fell down during a earth quake. he doesn't like her at all, ok um when he was little his mom dressed him up in girl clothes and the girl uses it for black mail once. and in the end they end up gettting married and have a little girl. the stupid girl becomes a nurse and the guy becomes a doctor. so yah thats all i can remeber and i want to watch the series agian. oh yah and they had a aranged marriage thing at first and the girls mom is dead, and the girl is a big clutz.
