im with you man, im lookin to lose some weight,- i wouldnt do any diets cause once you stop and you eat normal the weight comes back on. just cut the intake that you take in.... smaller meals. eat fruit a couple times a day to keep your stomach workin, and dont drink soda, - if you stop drinkin soda that'll make you drop some weight. also, if youre workin out, thats gonna put some muscle on, so i wouldnt lift weights, id focus more on cardio, you dont have to run, just get a jog goin and you should be fine. good luck
