Yes you can play the game on your laptop. But let me warn you, you won't get crisp and smooth graphics due to a terrible and weak graphics card. The processor operates on a single core making it harder for the computer to operate that particular game smoothly. RAM upgrade would boost the computer speed. My suggestion is to try the game on that computer and see your computer's performance if you don't like it then remove some irrelevant processes by going to task manager processes tab remove the ones that you do not require refer to Google if you are unaware of any: refering to Google is a must because some of the processes are crucial for your computer to run.
