SNOWBOARD PAIN???????????????
It depends on how long you go and your style of riding. If you have a bad riding style then your more likely to strain a muscle than someone who has good figure. The standered riding stance is: knees bent, facing outward, almost as if your a cowboy in the wild west about to go into a shootout, (yes i know it sounds childish but its the best explination out there) With a straight back, (Try to imagine that you are squeezing a penny in between your shoulder blades, that helps with the straightness of the back). You also want your centre of m to be over the board, not hanging out over the front or the back of the board, with your head up. These are just a few of the things that is needed for good riding. If any of these things are not done, then injury and strain can, and most likely will happen. My guess is that your freind has a pain in her a) Legs, (that happens from either too straight of lets or too stiff of legs) and b) Back (Most likely from bending over too much while riding) and quite possibly her neck if she had a hard fall.
