Is Mexico becoming a narcocracy like Colombia?

We need to figure out a way to deal with drug dealers and radical muslims. They present much the same type of problem: a willingness to use terror to attain their goals. Both are willing to engage in the drug trade to finance their future activities. I think they need to be violently snuffed out. I'd allow anyone to shoot a known and identified drug dealer on sight - just post a pic of the guy in the local post offfice. If you see him, you get to blow him away. Why go through the charade of a trial for some of these sbags when they're well known to be engaged in selling drugs?
