Do it seem like she likes me or is it just me?

shes my best friend we went to prom together cause her mom told us we have to go together i didnt mind cause i like her then for homecoming i asked her, and then for sadie hawkins dance she asked me this dance is on valentines day she does certain things like play with my hair feed me at lunch sit on my lap etc etc. does it seem like she likes me back? should i ask her out at the sadie hawkins dance on vday?
