Can Australian PM Kevin Michael Rudd ban nukes?

I agree its an impossible task and I too smell a rat. This has all the appearance of a political diversionary tactic. One of his Ministers just got sacked over a conspiracy scandal involving forged doents. America is designing and building new generation tactical nuclear missiles and investigating super advanced fusion technologies. They claim its for energy applications. You know, limitless cheap energy from bottling the power of the sun. Ofcourse the technology (if possible which I doubt) could also be applied to building thermonuclear bombs of an order of magnitude greater destructive capability than even the Russian 60 Megaton bombs currently pointed at America.
