BRANDNAME DESIGNER PURSES?

someone was telling me somthing about this place in chicago where you can get really cheap designer purses that are slightly imperfect so they cant sell them as normal retail. she said it was called somthing like crazy joe's or somthing like that. can you tell me the name and where it is??
